On 15 March 2024, His Excellency Mr. LUY David presented his letters of credence to His Excellency Monseigneur Joan Enric Vives I Sicília, Co-Prince of Andorra, appointing him as the Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Kingdom of Cambodia to the Principality of Andorra.
